What you need:
1 lime, quartered
225 ml AquaTru purified water, cold or sparkling
40 ml raspberry syrup
250 g fresh or frozen raspberries
Optional garnishes: extra raspberries and lime slices
How to do it:
In a blender, mix the cucumber slices and mint leaves with a small amount of AquaTru water until smooth.
For a smoother texture, strain the mixture to remove excess pulp.
In a jug, combine the blended mixture with lime juice, sweetener, and the remaining water.
Serve the refresher over ice, garnished with extra slices of cucumber and lime.
