Shipping

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After ordering your AquaTru products, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our shipping partner, including a tracking number. With this number, you can track the status of your order.

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at info@aquatruwater.eu with the subject line:
"Shipping Address Change – Order X" (Replace X with your order number).

Delivery Time

All deliveries within the EU are shipped with DPD. Delivery times vary depending on the country. 

Deliveries to non-EU countries within Europe are shipped via FedEx under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, meaning VAT and import duties are not included.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please note: because of health and hygiene regulations, AquaTru products can only be returned when the seal on the package is intact. This means that the products should be unopened and unused. Products that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return.
