Good practical machine

"This is a great solution if you are renting or cannot install an osmosis system in your home. The machine doesn’t take up much space. Water tastes clean, no smell or weird taste. Two small complaints: the water tank doesn’t sit straight into the base against the back of the machine. It’s a little tilted leaving a little gap, but the machine is working properly. Second, the water tank is a little difficult to pull up to remove it out off the base. This can be a little challenge if you have as arthritis or pain. Aside from that, I wish I had knew about this product sooner. Thank you!"

Great tasting crystal clean water in a glass carafe

"I love my Aquatru Carafe. The water tastes so much better than tap water and it gives real peace of mind knowing that all the nasty stuff has been removed which otherwise I woukd be drinking. The glass carafe is a huge plus not only for the taste but also because, unlike competitor’s products, it ensures the water stays pure and plastic free all the way to your mouth, which is kind of the whole point."

Ecstatic!

"I couldn't be happier with my new Aquatru set! I bought this product to reduce my intake of microplastics and fluoride, and having it in my kitchen gives me so much piece of mind. I have had the Carafe set for just over 2 months now and it works brilliantly. It is a bit louder than I expected when filtering, however that is the only critique I have, which is honestly not a big deal at all. I just filter all of my water in the morning whike playing music and then keep it in a tank. It can barely be heard if there is any other noise ongoing. The water it produces is so good, and drinking tap water from anywhere else when I am out of home now, there is a noticeably difference. I'm absolutely delighted with the product and would highly recommend it!"

It would be perfect if

"It would be perfect if only there was a button to start filtration manually. Instead, you are forced to use the carafe given, that must include a magnetic device, to start the pump. If the lid is broken or lost, I can’t see how the filter can be used without hacking."

Overall good, but many details could be improved

"This is my first water filter and after deep research, I decided to go with it, because of the glass carafe. Overall it is a good solution, because the filtered water ends up in the glass carafe (even though once it is full, it still touches the plastic lid parts). The glass carafe seems fragile, especially the nozzle, not very durable like borosilicate glass. The plastic container to fill up with water before filtering - drops water from the bottom holes after you lift it for refill. Also it can be a problem if you forget to discard the remaining, non filtered water - it can automatically start to filter it after a few times you lift the glass carafe off. After about 10 times it became noisier and makes more vibrations."
